History
In 2001 Jeremiah Wilson founded ContactPoint. Through the invention of a patented remote monitoring device called the Maculon, ContactPoint transformed corporate training by monitoring and recording customer interactions, and then coaching based on these recordings. Even as the economy wavered, ContactPoint grew and became a multi-million dollar customer service and sales training company that helps its customers increase their performance and revenue.
ContactPoint is founded on three principles:

Wilson took his training expertise, passion and vast experience with success and created the first course for PowerWithinUs: Power Training. Power Training teaches attendees how to harness the power of their dreams, shows them their true potential, and helps them overcome and conquer their fears. Power Training deeply addresses the mental, physical, emotional, and social aspects of an individual’s life. Power Training does not address religion, though it strongly encourages each participant to create a clear spiritual relationship in their lives.
PowerWithinUs’ goal is simple: bring out the best in each individual so each person will discover their vision and put that vision into action by fighting for it every day.
