How Power Training Works.
Power Training classes contain between 20 to 35 participants with 2 to 4 trainers per class. The course is held over a two-day period. Each day’s session will last about 12 hours or longer.
Every participant will graduate from Power Training with a specific 5 year vision and strategies to achieve that vision.
The two-day course is divided into specific modules designed to help participants and the businesses they represent achieve their greatest potential. With that in mind the trainers intensely focus on individual participants, modifying the course to ensure that every participant walks away with what he or she needs to achieve during the course of training. It’s this intimate approach that allows Power Training to transform individuals, revolutionize businesses and last a lifetime.
Trainers spend more or less time on specific modules of Power Training depending on what each class needs. This allows for each class to have a unique experience and develop a bond that will last beyond the class.
What Methods Power Training Uses.
Participation – Students will be required to participate in every step of the Power Training process. At times this participation will be passive. At other times Power Training will allow you to step outside your comfort zone. It will force you to expand your mind, and to access areas of your soul you weren't previously aware of. Power Training will stretch you.
Activities – If you want to attend a corporate training to sit and listen as someone lectures, Power Training is not for you. Power Training will make you feel alive. You will be using your feet and hands, your mind and voice, but mostly you will be using your heart and soul to give 100%
What you will learn.
That depends on you. If you are prepared to give 100% of your focus and heart; your life will change. You will learn how to set goals, how to show true passion, how to lead, how to follow, how to give and receive feedback and how to be positive. But mostly you will learn how to overcome obstacles.
Power Training is about setting goals and writing down your specific 5 to 10 year vision. You will learn how to determine that vision and how to measure milestones as you approach your vision.
You will learn how to fight for your vision.
